These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Every Little Memory website, including prints and commissioned artwork.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

In these Terms & Conditions, "Every Little Memory", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Every Little Memory. "You" and "your" refer to the customer.
Our artwork is created by Every Little Memory.
Prints are reproductions of our original artwork and are produced to order or supplied from available stock, depending on the product.
Because prints are reproductions, there may be slight differences in colour or appearance between the image shown on your screen and the physical print. This can occur due to differences in screens, printers, inks and paper.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure our product photographs and descriptions accurately represent the products available.
Commissioned artwork is created specifically for you based on an agreed brief.
Before work begins, we will discuss the requirements of your commission, which may include:
The customer is responsible for providing clear and accurate instructions and suitable reference photographs where required.
If you provide photographs for a commission, you confirm that you have permission to provide those photographs to us for the purpose of creating your artwork.
Once work has begun, significant changes to the agreed brief may not be possible.
If you request changes that require substantial additional work, an additional charge may apply. We will discuss this with you before carrying out the additional work.
Where a preview or proof is provided, you should check it carefully before approving it.
Once artwork has been approved, further changes may not be possible or may incur an additional charge.
All artwork, illustrations, photographs, designs, logos and other creative content displayed on the Every Little Memory website belong to Every Little Memory unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a print or commissioned artwork does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights to you.
Copyright remains with Every Little Memory unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
You may not reproduce, copy, commercially exploit or resell our artwork or designs without our written permission.
For commissioned artwork, you own the physical artwork supplied to you, but Every Little Memory retains the copyright to the artwork.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.
Your order will be considered accepted once we have confirmed your order and/or begun processing it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason, including where:

Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant postal or courier service. We will provide reasonable assistance if an order is delayed or appears to have been lost.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided when placing your order is correct.
We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

For standard, non-personalised prints purchased online, you generally have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by UK consumer law.
If you exercise your cancellation rights, you must return the goods within the applicable timeframe.
Returned goods should be unused and in their original condition where reasonably possible.
Commissioned artwork is created specifically for you and is made to your specifications.
The normal 14-day cancellation right does not generally apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised, subject to applicable UK consumer law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the artwork is faulty, damaged or not as described.
If you wish to cancel a commission before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Where you are legally entitled to a refund, we will normally issue it using the original payment method.

We may wish to photograph completed commissioned artwork for our portfolio, website or social media.

If you provide photographs for a commission, you confirm that you have permission to provide and use those photographs for the purpose of creating your artwork.
We will use photographs and reference material provided by you to complete your commission.
We will not knowingly use customer photographs for advertising or promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
Photographs and personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be free from errors, interruptions or technical problems.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, availability and other website content when necessary.
We will not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil an order where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This may include postal or courier disruption, severe weather, natural disasters, fire, power or internet outages, equipment failure, strikes, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where possible, we will keep you informed of significant delays.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK law.

At Every Little Memory, I want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds, returns and cancellations are available for prints and commissioned artwork.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
If you purchase a standard print from the Every Little Memory shop, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK consumer law.
If you wish to return a print, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have notified me that you wish to cancel, the print should be returned within the applicable timeframe.
The print should be returned unused and in its original condition, where reasonably possible.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Once the returned item has been received and checked, your refund will normally be processed using the original payment method.
If your print arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once a commissioned artwork has been completed and supplied, it cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

Before work begins, we will agree the requirements for your commission.
Once work has started, significant changes to the agreed brief may not be possible.
If you request substantial changes that require additional work, an additional charge may apply. I will discuss this with you before carrying out the additional work.
Where a preview or proof is provided, you are responsible for checking it carefully before approving the final artwork.
Where a refund is agreed or required, it will normally be made using the original payment method.
Please allow reasonable time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times can vary between payment providers and banks.
